PE Protective Film – Material & Applications PE (Polyethylene) protective film is made from LDPE or HDPE material and is designed for temporary surface protection. It is coated with water-based acrylic, solvent adhesive, silicone, or rubber-based glue, depending on application needs. The film is available in various colors such as clear, blue, black & white, milky white, and green, with thickness ranging from 30μm to 100μm. Main Applications: • Stainless steel sheets – protects surfaces from scratches and contamination during transport and processing. • Plastic panels (Acrylic, PVC, PS) – prevents dust and scratches during storage and handling. • Aluminum profiles – keeps surfaces clean and shiny for display or further processing. • Home appliance surfaces – used on refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners before delivery. • Electronic displays – provides temporary protection for screens and glass panels. • Building materials – shields floors, tiles, and marble during construction or renovation.
